We work from your architect’s drawings or develop the detail with you, then fabricate and fit the whole thing as one job.
Yes. We regularly work from architect or designer drawings, and we’ll flag anything that needs resolving for building regs before fabrication starts. If you don’t have drawings, we can develop the detail with you from a site survey.
Yes. Rise, going, balustrade heights and gap sizes are all built to current Part K building regulations as standard. We’ll talk you through anything that affects the design at survey stage.
Most feature staircases take four to eight weeks from final survey to installation, depending on the steelwork, the timber and the glass. We give you a firm programme once the design is signed off.
